The Moodies 2019: Best Employee Engagement award for the Innovation Booster program


Paris, March 20th, 2019 - Lagardère Travel Retail is a proud recipient of two new awards.

Lagardère Travel Retail is honored to receive the Best Employee Engagement award for its successful Innovation Booster program, recognized as one of our industry’s best technology or initiative that has contributed ongoing success to the businesses in the travel retail industry. A great achievement of our Innovation team for designing this unique boosters program, empowering local teams and initiatives to drive changes in our business. A simple but great approach, disrupting the way big corporate usually define their Innovation roadmaps. 
This award comes after yet another award won by the Innovation team - the Corporate Engagement Award from the startup accelerator Lafayette Plug and Play last December - and is a sign that this program is truly shifting the lines and truly engaging with its audiences both internally and externally.

 

 

Lagardère Travel Retail’s Red Pockets activation campaign also comes Highly Commended in the Best Use of WeChat category. Now two years’ strong, this activation celebrates Chinese New Year with a virtual treasure hunt using the Chinese social media platform for customers to find discounts in chosen Aelia Duty Free stores.
