Lagardère ranks 4th for gender balance amongst executives

Lagardère ranked fourth in the SBF 120 for the proportion of women on executive bodies
The Lagardère group has achieved fourth place in the ninth edition of the Palmarès de la féminisation des instances dirigeantes des entreprises du SBF 120, a ranking of the top 120 French listed companies in terms of the proportion of women on executive bodies, with an overall score of 88.71/100.

Announced yesterday at the French National Assembly by Isabelle Rome, Minister for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities, this distinction rewards the Group's commitment to gender balance in the workplace.
With women making up 65% of its total workforce, the Lagardère group pays careful attention to gender balance within its executive bodies, which is reflected in the proportion of women among senior executives in 2021:
- 62.5% for the Board of Directors, with all three committees chaired by women;
- 42.85% for the Executive Committee;
- 44% of top executives.

In addition to this, the weighted gender equality index across all Group companies is 90.62/100, based on 2021 data.

Introduced in 2013 and published by the Ministry of Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities, this league table is used to rank the 120 largest French companies each year for their commitment to the representation of women on their executive bodies and, more generally, to gender equality at work.
