A new precious casket for Champagne and Cognac at Charles de Gaulle Airport

On Wednesday 22nd of September, SDA (the joint-venture between Paris Airport and Lagardère Travel Retail) and Moët-Hennessy, have unveiled the new design of Les Caves Particulières at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, Terminal 2E. Completely renovated since its first opening in 2014, Les Caves Particulières are a tribute to the excellence of “Maisons de Champagne” and Cognac Hennessy, and offer a selection of their most emblematic bottles. The brand selection remains the same as in the original boutique with Hennessy representing half of the space and Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Dom Pérignon and Krug presented in individually designed and branded zones.

Designer Hubert de Malherbe created the space with an ambition to offer an experience where all five senses are called upon. He designs a central tasting area, where travellers can (once regulations permit) experience tasting Champagne with cheese or other delicacies from the newly opened Les Halles gourmet food hall, which sits adjacent.

Les Caves Particulières emphasizes on the richness of our terroirs and the French art de vivre.
