Building a sustainable future for Travel Retail

As a global travel retail operator serving millions of travelers every day, we recognize our responsibility to help shape a more sustainable industry. Sustainability is not an option : it’s a commitment embedded in everything we do.

Our CSR strategy, PEPS (Planet. Ethics. People. Social), drives this transformation. It focuses on reducing our environmental footprint, promoting ethical practices, empowering our people, and supporting local communities. Each pillar is backed by measurable targets and monitored annually.

Driving positive impact across our ecosystem

To drive our strategy in an environment of fast changes and major challenges, we are articulating it around four pillars designed to address every area where we can make a difference.

PEPS is our roadmap to embed sustainability at the heart of our business. From reducing our environmental footprint and promoting ethical practices, to empowering our people and supporting local communities, these pillars guide our actions and commitments across the globe.
