A graduate of l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées Paristech, Frédéric joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2006 as EVP in charge of Strategy, Innovation and Sustainable Development. Prior to that he had worked in private equity and management consulting. In 2014, Frédéric was promoted to Chief Business Officer and became Chief Operating Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in 2017. In 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and in 2025, appointed Chief Executive Officer.

A graduate of Kedge Business School Marseille, Jérôme Petit also completed an MBA at INSEAD in 1997. He joined the Bolloré Group in 1990. Following assignments in the Middle East and Asia, including as CEO Asia-Pacific from 2004 to 2016, he returned to France to become CEO Africa of Bolloré Logistics and later Africa Global Logistics. In 2023, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Bolloré Logistics and, in 2024, Global SVP Air & Ocean at CEVA Logistics. In 2026, Jérôme Petit joined Lagardère Travel Retail as Deputy CEO, with responsibility for Business Services.

Chief Operational Performance Officer & Regional COO Europe & LATAM

A graduate of ESCP Europe, Charlotte joined the group in 2013 where she has held various positions, starting as an International Brand Manager in Foodservice to the role of Business Development Manager, where she coordinated the acquisition and integration of International Duty Free. More recently, Charlotte has been instrumental in leading LEaP, the company's transformation program. In 2024, Charlotte assumed new responsibilities and was appointed Chief Operational Performance Officer, as well as Regional Chief Operating Officer for four European countries, including Spain, Slovenia, Croatia and Albania. In 2026, she added responsibility for Latin America and Switzerland to her existing scope.

David‑Alexandre started his career at Bouygues, the French construction group, before joining the Bolloré Group, where he spent the last 20 years in various senior HR leadership roles, and is currently CHRO of the Bolloré Group, after having served as CHRO of Bolloré Transport & Logistics. David-Alexandre joined Lagardère Travel Retail as Chief Human Resources Officer and CSR Officer in 2026.

Having graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Sorbonne University, Luc started his career at LMPI in Montreal in 1991. After a move to Ernst & Young, he returned to Lagardère Travel Retail in 1994 as International Financial Controller. From 1996 to 1999 he was Director of the Financial Planning Department, then Financial Director of the North American division. In 1999 he became CFO of Lagardère Travel Retail. Luc moved to Sydney in 2006 to become Managing Director of Lagardère Travel Retail Pacific. In 2009, he returned to Europe to run the Swiss retail division, before rising to Group CFO of Lagardère Travel Retail in 2011. In 2020, he also became in charge of supervising the Pacific region. In 2026, his remit was further expanded to include Strategy.

A graduate of HEC Paris, Vincent joined the group in 1997 as Director of the Airports, Hotels and Motorways network at Relay France. Between 2000 and 2005 he was Sales Director at Relay France, then EVP in charge of Central and Northern Europe until 2007. He then took General Manager roles at SSP and St Gobain before returning to Lagardère Travel Retail as Regional COO for EMEA in 2011. In December 2017, he was made CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail France and COO for the UAE and KSA. In 2024, he added the supervision of Africa and the entire Middle East region to his role. In 2026, he became COO France & Luxembourg and COO MEA & Asia.

After graduating in aeronautical engineering, Lucio worked in Germany for BMW Rolls-Royce Aeroengines in Germany, then moved into consulting, working for Roland Berger (1996-1999) and McKinsey Italy (1999-2006). In 2006, Lucio joined Coop, as Hypermarket & Non-Food Director in Bologna before being promoted to CEO of Coop Sicily. He joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2015, as CEO of Italy. In 2020, he became the Chief Business Officer of Lagardère Travel Retail, based in Paris. In 2024, he was appointed Regional Chief Operating Officer for Europe. In 2026, responsibility for North America was added to his European scope.

After studying accounting and spending 13 years in the industry, Michel Sibony joined the Bolloré Group in 2002 as Purchasing Director. Michel Sibony was appointed Chief Value Officer of Lagardère in 2023 and then of Louis Hachette Group in 2025. He took up his position as Chief Value Officer of Lagardère Travel Retail in July 2025, with the main task of supporting the Group's operational efficiency and excellence, in particular through the development of synergies and strategic partnerships at both national and international level. He also retains his broader responsibilities at Louis Hachette Group.

Chief Commercial & Digital Officer

Lylian, an agronomist and oenologist graduated from ESSEC, began his career with Rémy Cointreau in 1992, working in France, Australia, and China. He joined the global retailer Casino Group in 1995, where he held various management positions in Latin America, Switzerland, and France as International Merchandise Director. In 2014, he joined beauty retailer Sephora Europe & Middle East as Head Merchant before becoming CEO of the Duty Free division of Lagardère Travel Retail in 2017. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Commercial & Digital Officer, marking his entry to Lagardère Travel Retail's Executive Committee.
