Michel Sibony appointed Chief Value Officer of Lagardère Travel Retail effective July 1st, 2025

Frédéric Chevalier, Chief Executive Officer, has appointed Michel Sibony as Chief Value Officer of Lagardère Travel Retail, effective as of July 1st, 2025. He joins the Executive Committee and reports directly to Frédéric Chevalier.

In his new role, Michel Sibony will be primarily responsible for supporting the operational efficiency and excellence of Lagardère Travel Retail, particularly through the development of synergies and strategic partnerships at both national and international level.

He will also continue to perform his broader duties within the Louis Hachette Group.
